‘Tis the season for bracket busters, buzzer beaters and all things basketball. Unfortunately, that can also mean hours on the couch and trays of indulgent game day goodies, too. This year, change up the strategy for better results by utilizing commercial breaks to get in some simple strength-building and cardio!

Pick one and repeat through an entire timeout, or choose a couple and get in a few sets of each as the ads tick by. Watching with a group of buddies? Make it a challenge to see who can do the most.
